For The Attention of The Manager - Plane Parking Alicante.

Dear Manager,

We have been a customers of Plane Parking for many years, and,  due only to to the fact we’ve just sold our house in Spain, I won’t be needing my car any longer and therefore have had to cancel my contract with Plane Parking. 

However, I could not leave Spain without writing to you to say how WONDERFUL our whole experience with Plane Parking has been. The peace of mind you have given us on arriving and departing Spain, knowing that when we get to the airport your super ‘yellow jersey boys’ are there to look after us - Priceless! 

This brings me on to one of your office staff workers at Alicante, this particular lady has ALWAYS been 1000% HELPFUL, EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL every single contact we have ever had with your office over the years, nothing was ever too much trouble - I am referring to NIKKI - what a WONDERFUL ASSET SHE IS TO PLANE PARKING.

To Whom It May Concern

The service I have received from Plane Parking since July 2019 last year since moving from a different Airport Parking company has been superb.

I find the online booking notification system superb and very easy to use.

The car is always clean and ready at the allotted time for pick up and ready for drop off again as agreed.

However the outstanding lengths Lisa went to beyond the norm when they went to start my car the day before collection after 6 months of parking when they encountered a problem was excellent.

Lisa contacted me straight away and through her co-ordination with the recovery company to the car dealer to getting the car returned to the parking area was superb.

Lisa went above and beyond the service expected and was gratefully appreciated by my wife and I when here in the UK and concerned how we could get to our destination from the airport in Spain the next day.

Many thanks Lisa and Plane Parking you were outstanding and much appreciated.

I am sorry to inform you I will not be taking on another year’s parking with you because I have actually moved to Portugal and therefore I will not be using Alicante airport 

It is only when I I have been seeking something similar in Portugal that it has been further highlighted the absolutely great deal I had with you in terms of yearly price and customer service … I could not fault anything in the service you provided .

I take this opportunity to thank everybody involved in your company and I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone seeking a safe, organised, well priced service whose staff are competent, informative and very friendly and such a great price, with many options, like ITV and valeting service so that my car was legally ready for my arrival back into Spain (again at a very good price)

We have used Plane Parking many times now. They are always so friendly and

communicate constantly to keep us informed of bookings and arrangements etc

etc.  Our car is always well looked after and valeted outside ready for us

to collect. A really GREAT COMPANY. Splendid 5 star service always. Possibly

Parking; we have used PP on two occasions and received excellent service

both times.

The first time, I phoned and emailed about drop off, directions etc and

received excellent service from Nikki. When we arrived the drop off and

transfer were speedy, friendly and efficient. Pick up was also excellent

with no waiting around (as we have had with other companies).

We decided to book with you again and received the same outstanding service!

Thank you to all of your staff who were involved, we have no hesitation in

using your service again!

Very many thanks for your prompt reply, it really does show the level of service you give to your customers. After receiving your email and knowing I had not left the keys in Spain, I had another more though search and actually found then in a small pocket on my case. Absolutely no idea why I put them there but it was a relief and in no small part knowing from you, they were not in the car.

Please accept my apologies for not writing sooner, this holiday has flown past - must be a sign of age.

Thanks you once again for looking after our car this winter. As usual couldn't fault you at any step. We do always recommend you to any of our friends at Valle del Este, Vera.

Thank you to all the staff at Plane Parking, it went according to plan and I have never seen the car so clean, I´d always thought it was grey.  Shall contact you again to book and shall tell everyone.

In December I took out an annual contract with yourselves. We used your services for the 1st time in January and were really impressed. As promised a member of staff was waiting for us with our car which had been washed. They were polite and helpful and I just wanted to say thank you. A lot of firms make all sorts of promises and don’t deliver, unlike yourselves who provided a first class  service which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for parking at Murcia airport Many thanks.

We left our Peugeot 307 with you over the Christmas holiday and it was a pleasure to have it waiting for us at the airport on Fri 8th.It was the first time we used your company and we were impressed by the efficiency and the service as well as the competitive prices.We' ll certainly use Plane Parking again on our next trip (possibly in Feb) and we' ll recommend you to our friends.  Keep up the good job.

Due to work commitments I have to travel to and from Spain on a monthly basis. I have an annual contract with Plane Parking and it’s nice to know that my car is looked after whilst I am away, and on a plus side their service is better than other companies I have used in the past

I live in Spain and travel to the UK quite often. It’s easier for me to use Plane Parking than rely on friends and it’s so much cheaper than a taxi.  My car was cleaned and was there as I walked out of the arrivals hall, can’t beat that service.

We regularly leave our car at San Javier airport and pay their extortionate prices for doing so.  A service like yours is long overdue and we are very interested in leaving our car with you.

I have just used Plane Parking and have been really impressed with their reliable and courteous service, the whole procedure was so easy and quick and on top of that they cleaned my car and were waiting outside arrivals.
